My Q2 Kanban Board Reset

Planning And Organization

It has taken some time for me to get my Q2 up and running. Life is so different right now. Our son is home full time, and we are having to help him manage his day and school work.

We’re all stuck in the house together. Evie is just starting to crawl around, and she has her first tooth!

I’ve also been going Live on my Sarra Cannon YouTube channel every single day, reading an original story titled “The Witch’s Key” as I’m writing it. Life is wonderful, but it’s also busy and a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions.

Setting Up For Q2

Because of all these changes, it’s taken me some time to reset my Q2 goals and my Kanban Board. A little over a week ago, though, I finally sat down and took the time to really review Q1 of 2020.

I love these quarterly reviews in the 2020 Goals Planner, because it allows me to look at what worked, what didn’t work, and how best I can move forward and make things better for my family, myself and my community.

Then, I moved forward with setting new goals for Q2 and setting up my kanban board. I’m doing things a little bit differently in Q2, though, so watch today’s video to see how.
